Accounts receivable representative — cash receipts specialist
The qualified candidate will be responsible for all duties and customer service issues involving cash receipts. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to follow department procedures and guidelines.
The successful candidate will process all company lockbox-related cash receipts; enter all transactions into the appropriate software and balance transactions daily; prepare appropriate reports in a timely manner; and process all refund transactions including checks, credit card payments, and automatic payments.
Candidate must have achieved high school graduation or equivalent, and possess strong computer skills, including Excel. This position requires two or more years of accounts receivable experience and the ability to work in a team environment. The candidate should also have effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and be attentive to details. This position requires the candidate to operate a calculator by touch with a high degree of accuracy.

Risk management representative
The qualified candidate will provide risk management services and education to Texas physicians and their staff members for a medical professional liability insurance company.
Candidate must have two or more years experience in nursing, risk management, quality assurance, or a health-science related field. Candidate must exhibit strong presentation and written communication skills. A bachelor's of science in nursing or a health-science related bachelor's degree is preferred.
This Austin-based position requires 60% day travel throughout Texas with occasional overnight stays.
