TMLT is pleased to introduce myTMLT — our secure members-only web site for TMLT policyholders.
For security purposes, TMLT policyholders can only access their myTMLT account using an assigned authorization code. Authorization codes will be sent to all policyholders over the next few months. You will need this code to set up your account.
If you have received your authorization code, please click New User Registration.
If you have already created your myTMLT account, please click here to log in at the Registered User page.
Once you have created a myTMLT account, you can download your claims history or proof of coverage, view billing information, and check the status of your discounts.

Group administrators
Because access to myTMLT is based on an individual policyholder registration system, each policyholder will set up his or her own secure account. As a group administrator, you will be unable to view myTMLT; however, you may still obtain account information on your physicians by contacting TMLT. In the future, we will be developing a group administrators' site that will allow you to access your group account information.
