Meet the TMLT Board of Trustees
TMLT is led by a Board of Trustees elected by TMLT policyholders. Members of the Board are physicians who draw on their knowledge and experience of medical practice to help guide operations.

Tim West, MD
Dr. West is a general surgeon in Lubbock, Texas. He has been a TMLT policyholder since 1998.
Vice Chair
Lindsey Harris, MD
Dr. Harris is an ophthalmologist in Houston, Texas. She has been a TMLT policyholder since 2008.
Secretary/Treasurer
Herb Singh, MD
Dr. Singh is a urologist in Austin, Texas. He has been a TMLT policyholder since 2005.
Mark Ambler, MD

Robert D. Donohoe, CPCU
President and Chief Executive Officer
Bob Donohoe joined TMLT in January 2012 as Senior Vice President and subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer. In July 2014, the TMLT Board of Trustees appointed Bob as President and Chief Executive Officer. He now serves as President and CEO of all the TMLT associated and affiliated entities.
Before joining TMLT, Bob was Managing Director of Aon Benfield, with primary responsibilities including developing and maintaining client relationships, education and training, systems integration and strategic planning.
