Billing
If you haven't already, create a myPortal account to access your bill, policy information, CME, and more.
How do I make a payment? You can set up recurring payments or make a one-time payment online. To avoid a processing fee, select ‘EFT (Check)’ at checkout.

CME
Take online risk management courses and register for risk management seminars. All courses qualify for CME credit and many offer ethics hours. Complete a 2-hour (or more) TMLT CME course and you may be eligible for a 3% premium discount on your next eligible policy term. You can take two courses for up to a 6% discount per policy term.
To purchase courses on our CME site you will need to log in to myPortal. Once logged in, click "See more" within the "CME Overview" pod. If you need assistance purchasing a CME course or setting up your myPortal account, follow the instructions below. This document also contains instructions for downloading CME course materials, and how to find courses eligible for a premium discount.
Trust Rewards & Dividends
When you become a TMLT policyholder, you are automatically enrolled in the Trust Rewards Program. Funds are set aside in your account where they accumulate and are distributed upon a qualifying event. The program serves as a financial reward for loyal policyholders. Trust Rewards balances are available on our member site, myPortal.
TMLT's dividend program returns a portion of paid premiums back to policyholders. Dividends are applied to renewal premiums the year after they are declared.
Physician Wellness Counseling
Through a partnership with the Travis County Medical Society (CMS), TMLT provides access to the Safe Harbor Counseling Program which provides confidential counseling or therapy services to physicians as a benefit of medical society membership.
TMLT will pay for up to four visits with the Travis CMS network of counselors for any TMLT policyholder (four visits for physicians and four visits for their spouses) — no matter where they live in Texas.

Through practice reviews, online courses, phone consults, and CME presentations, our risk management team helps physicians every day to reduce risk and improve patient safety.
