Lone Star Alliance is a risk retention group operated by TMLT. It was established to provide medical liability insurance to physicians, groups, health care facilities, and allied health care professionals outside of Texas.
Lone Star can accommodate the needs of TMLT’s new and existing policyholders who have operations in states other than Texas. We can also cover policyholders who leave Texas to work in another state.
Lone Star has an A.M. Best Company rating of A (excellent). TMLT’s rating is extended to Lone Star based on the strong reinsurance support provided by TMLT, through its wholly owned subsidiary, TMIC.
